Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager General in Cheyenne, WY. You will lead multi-discipline teams from project development to close-out, managing complex programs and coordinating staff to deliver on time and within budget. You will build client relations and participate in design, production meetings and reviews with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams through the project's lifecycle.
• Oversee large, technically complex projects with substantial staff.
• Manage several projects concurrently and ensure deliverables on time.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across the project life cycle.
• Track financials and ensure work stays within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Leadership for reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor junior staff.
• Perform other duties as needed.
