Job summary

HDR is seeking a Municipal Project Manager in Wyoming to lead planning and design of municipal infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, streets and drainage. You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, manage scopes and budgets, and mentor staff while developing client relationships in the Gillette area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage municipal infrastructure projects in planning and design (water, wastewater, streets, drainage).
• Coordinate multi-discipline project teams and client management.
• Prepare engineering specifications and design methods; ensure HDR quality standards.
• Oversee project financials: scopes, fees, contracts, progress reports, billings.
• Mentor staff in client management, marketing, project management, and technical delivery.
