Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience with direct project management responsibilities.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience managing and designing water planning and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to build, support, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water projects across Alaska including conveyance, storage, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and planning initiatives that support community resilience.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams ensuring high-quality technical delivery and collaboration across engineering disciplines.
• Manage projects from concept through commissioning, driving schedule, budget, scope, and profitability while maintaining Jacobs’ standards.
• Strengthen client relationships through engagement on technical topics, project strategy, and long‑term planning.
• Support business development including strategy, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor and develop emerging talent within Jacobs’ Alaska water practice.
