Qualifications

• Experience working for a contractor as a Superintendent.
• 10+ years of experience, in which 5 years’ experience is in the construction of a water treatment plant.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction of and/or wastewater treatment plant with at least 25 mgd
• 5+ years of experience as a General superintendent in the construction of a major facility.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on a large water treatment plant project.
• Manage foremen, craft labor, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Work closely with the project management team on planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot constructability issues and field challenges.
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and coordination with SCVWD representatives.
• Maintain productive relationships with owners, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Required operation of company trucks or vehicles
