Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation is seeking a Technical Manager for Water Infrastructure in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead design of municipal and industrial water systems, develop design concepts, and supervise project teams across multiple offices.

Responsibilities include detailed design, QA/QC, bid and construction support, and involvement in business development. A PE license in VA/DC/MD is required, with reciprocity possible for other licenses.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience with water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure design.
• Proficiency with regulatory requirements for municipal/industrial clients.
• Knowledge of national/industrial design codes and best practices.
• PE license in VA, DC and/or MD with reciprocity capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical linear infrastructure designs and prepare contract documents for municipal and industrial clients.
• Assist in development of design concepts, criteria, analysis and design methodologies.
• Prepare detailed design calculations, reports, plans, specs, and QA/QC reviews for complex projects.
• Perform bid phase and construction phase services.
• Support business development, project estimating and planning.
• Coordinate and mentor technical staff and oversee project teams.
