Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive water infrastructure and underground projects experience to lead high-profile pipelines, sewer, and water treatment initiatives in a self-perform setting.

You will mentor Project Managers, influence strategy, and strengthen relationships with owners and engineers while delivering projects that exceed client expectations. This is a San Diego-based role with an ESOP and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years experience managing water infrastructure and underground projects.
• Pipeline, sewer and/or water treatment project experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, and profitability to drive financial success of the project.
• Expand client base by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, owners, engineers and industry partners.
