Qualifications

• 10+ years of underground pipe installation or water infrastructure construction.
• Proven ability to lead large crews on complex projects.
• Expertise in water/wastewater treatment plants, pipeline installation, or utility infrastructure preferred.
• Strong safety and quality track record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field execution of water and wastewater projects.
• Direct and mentor crews, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Manage daily reporting, manpower planning, and problem-solving.
• Serve as the primary on-site leader for client and subcontractor relations.
