Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will be responsible for execution, financial performance, scheduling, quality, safety, and maintaining owner relationships.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with underground utilities and large-diameter pipelines, and is adept at coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and municipal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction project management experience, preferably heavy civil/underground utility.
• At least 7 years managing underground utilities, large-diameter pipelines, pump stations or heavy civil infrastructure.
• Projects valued at $10M–$50M or more.
• Knowledge of gravity sewer, force mains, water mains, 48+ inch pipelines, dewatering, shoring, trenchless construction.
• Experience with FRP/GRP, PCCP, ductile iron, HDPE, and steel casing pipe systems.
• Strong CPM scheduling, budgeting, cost forecasting, change orders, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex heavy civil and underground infrastructure projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage client relationships and provide leadership to Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance across projects.
