Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water infrastructure and underground projects in a self-perform setting, mentoring project managers and coordinating with owners, engineers, and crews.

With 8-15 years of experience on pipeline, sewer and/or water treatment projects, you will drive schedules, budgets and profitability while expanding the client base and strengthening relationships. This role is based in Modesto, CA and offers significant ownership through ESOP.

Qualifications

• 8+ yrs managing underground utility installation or water infrastructure construction.
• Dynamic leader with ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and respond to urgent operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water infrastructure projects from inception to completion
• Ensure schedules, budgets, and profitability to drive financial success of the project
• Expand client base by identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, owners, engineers and industry partners
