Job summary

Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) seeks a seasoned Program Supervisor for the Willamette Treatment Plant project. Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, planners, and technical staff to deliver a 19.4 million GPD facility on time and within budget.

Coordinate with Owners Agent, contract managers, and external partners. The role requires eight years in project/program management, with CM/GC experience and PE licensure in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Eight years of professional project or program management experience in water/wastewater or similar utility projects.
• PMP/PgMP certifications recommended; PE in Oregon or reciprocity within six months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full program life cycle with structured governance and disciplined approach.
• Manage Owners Agent and contracts; ensure performance of consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate budget, schedules, risks, and change controls to meet objectives.
• Prepare plans, reports, and dashboards; present status to stakeholders and board.
