Job summary

Haskell seeks a Project Director to lead major water infrastructure programs from pursuit to closeout. You will own the project, build a strong team, drive preconstruction, manage client relationships, and deliver results on $50M–$300M+ programs.

You’ll partner with municipalities and authorities, guiding GMP packaging, schedules, and self‑perform plans while mentoring rising leaders within a collaborative design‑build environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or environmental engineering or related field.
• Professional licensure or industry certification (PE or DBIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, win work, and develop proposal narratives for major water projects.
• Drive preconstruction, constructability reviews, and GMP packaging strategies.
• Own project delivery with accountability for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Build and mentor project managers, engineers, and emerging leaders.
• Represent the firm with public owners and regulatory stakeholders.

Education
