Qualifications

• 10+ years in heavy civil/water infrastructure construction.
• At least 5 years in a Project Director or senior Project Manager role.
• PE license and/or DBIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery from pursuit through closeout.
• Manage client relationships and project accountability.
• Oversee construction schedules, safety, and quality.
