Job summary

Snc-Lavalin is seeking a Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Tampa, FL. This role involves project design, supervising junior engineers, and ensuring quality control in the execution of water and wastewater pipeline projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, at least 8 years of experience, and be proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. A focus on stormwater and sewer systems experience is preferred.

Competitive compensation between $105,000 and $135,000 annually, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in water/wastewater pipeline projects.
• Project experience in stormwater management, water systems, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Experience with large diameter (greater than 60-inches) pipelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform project design and sketching design concepts.
• Plan and review the production of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Analyze technical problems and prepare cost and manpower estimates.
