Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking a Senior Water Utility Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects in a regulated environment.

You will oversee projects from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants while engaging authorities, customers, landowners, and communities.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing major water, wastewater, utilities, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from feasibility through handover.
• Manage multiple workstreams, internal teams and external consultants; ensure governance and progress.
• Engage stakeholders including authorities, communities, and senior leadership; provide clear updates.
