Job summary

You will partner with engineering, quality, product management, and service teams to drive readiness for product launches and provide practical guidance to field partners.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical knowledge of heat pump, gas, and electric water heaters.
• Experience providing customer and field support and resolving service issues.
• Ability to read and apply installation instructions and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for customers, distributors, dealers, and service partners on installation, operation, and troubleshooting for water heaters.
• Support field investigations, data gathering, root cause analysis, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
• Prepare updates to service bulletins, guides, and wiring diagrams for field use.
