Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Senior Water Delivery Project Manager to join a team-oriented environment, primarily providing operations and business leadership while adding technical excellence and project management for the Southern New England market (Boston, Worcester, Springfield, and Rocky Hill).

The role requires strong client relationships, extensive water resources experience, and a track record of guiding technical staff in a full-cycle capture and proposal process; bonus for CT licensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; master's degree in water resources or civil engineering strongly desired.
• Licensed PE in the state of Connecticut; additional licensing in MA, RI, NH, ME preferred.
• 10+ years of water resources experience and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships across regions and disciplines.
• Proven track record guiding technical staff in water resources project delivery.
• Expertise in full-cycle business capture from opportunity to proposal submission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for independent and team work.

• Perform water resources planning, design, project proposals, and management duties.
