Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced to lead drying and restoration across residential, commercial, industrial sites. You will direct teams, manage humidity and heat-based drying plans, and interface with project managers.

The role requires mastery of water-damage techniques, precise documentation, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include supervising PPE, logging progress, and calculating loads, while coordinating with leadership on large losses and

Qualifications

Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
Possess IICRC ASD designation.
Familiar with BELFOR Water Damage Book and field data recording.

Responsibilities

Direct the teams in using proper PPE for the job.
Review project requirements and document progress for managers.
Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches for projects.
Draw sketches and plans, develop humidity records and drying objectives.
Calculate humidity load and affected volume; request additional support for large losses.
Monitor electrical consumption and temporary power needs; ensure safety and maintenance of vehicles.
