BELFOR is seeking a Water Damage - Advanced Specialist to lead drying and repair across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will coordinate teams, optimize drying systems, and ensure precise documentation.

Expect travel, night and weekend work as needed, with strict adherence to safety and BELFOR standards. The role demands mastery of IICRC standards, field data collection, and the ability to supervise multiple crews on large losses.

Qualifications

• IICRC ASD designation required or in process.
• Proven knowledge of water damage remediation standards.
• Strong documentation and field data skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews; ensure PPE and safety adherence.
• Review project needs, document progress, flag challenges.
• Provide field docs, photos, charts and sketches for projects.
• Develop humidity data, pyrometric records and drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity load and required power; request support for large losses.
• Monitor electrical consumption and temporary power needs.
• Attend BELFOR operations and required safety training.
