Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise water mitigation technicians and field crews.
• Assess water damage and determine appropriate mitigation and drying procedures.
• Develop and implement structural drying plans.
• Perform moisture inspections and daily monitoring.
• Document projects with photos, maps, and drying reports.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance.
