Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA 10-hour training preferred.
• 10+ years of field construction inspection experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, RFIs, and change documents.
• Must work well independently in active construction settings and lead field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level field inspections for water/wastewater construction projects, piping, and related infra.
• Monitor activities for conformance with contract documents, codes, and project requirements.
• Review plans for constructability concerns and potential field issues.
• Identify field issues early and escalate to protect quality, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate site inspections across active construction activities and track progress.
• Collaborate with contractors, Carollo project teams, engineers, and client reps to resolve field questions.
• Review and track RFIs, submittals, change directives, and as-built documentation.
• Document changed or unforeseen field conditions and communicate impacts to the team.
