Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in construction/project management, proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools, and a strong engineering background. This role offers on-site work in Phoenix with opportunities in water infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, program management, or related infrastructure project leadership.
• Experience in a senior project role such as Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Owner’s Representative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project reviews, audits, and site visits to evaluate overall project health and support successful delivery.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, staffing, construction quality, and execution performance to identify risks.
• Review project reporting, schedules, budgets, contract status, change orders, and other key information to assess performance.
• Identify project concerns, trends, and risks and communicate findings to project teams and leadership.
• Travel approximately 25% to project locations to work with project teams and assess field conditions.
