Responsibilities

• Inspect construction contracts related to water and wastewater facilities.
• Review plans for constructability, notes, and potential issues.
• Schedule and conduct site inspections and coordinate outages.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain daily diaries.
• Maintain project files, progress records, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare monthly quantity estimates of completed work.
• Foster effective relationships with contractors, consultants, and owners.
• Oversee junior inspectors and provide mentoring.
