Responsibilities

• Lead and drive market expansion for water/wastewater treatment facilities and construction management services.
• Develop and maintain best-in-class business development policies and processes.
• Coordinate with district leaders to ensure adoption of policies and tools.
• Identify and position for new business opportunities; support pursuit teams and proposals.
• Manage CRM, participate in strategic planning and budget activities.
