Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects within our Industrial Business unit. You will be the main point of contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater projects across the U.S., mentoring staff and guiding technical solutions.

Travel up to 10% may be required; PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months is expected, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. PE license preferred for advanced opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; civil/environmental/chemical engineering preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/CCM/DBIA) within 12 months or promotion.
• 10 years related experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM on water/wastewater projects and design teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and QA/QC on projects.
• Support business development for industrial water clients.
