Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects within the Industrial Business unit. You will be the primary contact for planning and design across the U.S. and will mentor engineering staff while guiding project scope, schedule, and budget.

You will contribute to business development activities and work from multiple US offices in a hybrid model with required travel. A strong background in water/wastewater and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel nationally and/or internationally as required
• Experience leading water/wastewater design projects
• Proven leadership and mentoring of engineering staff

Responsibilities

• Lead as the main Project Manager for water/wastewater projects
• Provide technical guidance and senior leadership to staff
• Manage scope, schedule and budget for projects
• Perform QA/QC on key deliverables and support others
• Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing
• Engage with professional societies and clients nationwide
• Develop positive relationships with key client decision makers
