Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years in account management, client services, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM, and service delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and managing escalations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Drive business results by meeting or exceeding annual budgets and driving customer retention.
• Oversee client relationships and align cross-functional teams to client objectives.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure client satisfaction and account performance.
• Present regular reports on account performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
