Onyx Point, LLC. is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer with an active TS/SCI security clearance (full scope polygraph) to deploy, configure, and maintain Nessus centers and vulnerability scanners across the enterprise.

The role requires deep experience in automation (Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python) and patch management (WSUS, BigFix, ePO, Red Hat Satellite), plus expertise in Windows/Linux hardening and Active Directory unless noted otherwise. Location is in the U.S.

Formación

• Shall have a minimum of Twenty (20) years’ experience as a Systems Engineer in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Tenable Nessus Security Center and vulnerability scanners.
• Implement Ansible in Linux environments to automate administrative tasks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts for system administration and security tasks.
• Update SOPs, technical documentation, and system configuration records.
• Harden Windows and Linux systems per policy, STIGs, and SELinux requirements.
• Maintain patch management infra (WSUS, YUM, BigFix, ePO, Red Hat Satellite).
• Generate security/vulnerability reports, analyze findings, and remediate issues enterprise-wide.
• Deploy and manage ePO security policies and endpoint configurations.
• Apply Windows security updates using WSUS/BigFix/others.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and SSL/TLS.
