Amgen in the United States is seeking a Senior Wastewater Treatment Operator/Mechanic to lead operation, monitoring, and maintenance of plant wastewater systems, ensuring discharge permit compliance. The role supports the start-up of plant utilities and operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 7 AM to 7 PM.

You will troubleshoot, optimize processes, supervise lab testing, and manage control systems (SCADA/PLC/HMI).

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years knowledge of wastewater treatment operations and mechanical maintenance.
• 3+ years knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in a cGMP or highly regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes (DAF, pH, flow, TSS, TN, TP).
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on pumps, valves, instrumentation, and utilities.
• Monitor SCADA/PLC/HMI alerts and respond to process alarms to prevent permit violations.
• Maintain logs, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to operators and maintenance staff.
