Wilson Engineers, a respected engineering firm, is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Minden, Nevada office. You will lead complex civil projects, develop designs, reports, and construction plans, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with a PE license and at least five years of water/wastewater design experience, including project management.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required with PE license
• Minimum of five (5) years of Water/Wastewater design experience
• Experience with construction-related engineering services and project management
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil engineering projects for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure
• Develop designs, technical reports, construction plans, and cost estimates
• Manage projects from planning through final delivery, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client requirements
• Provide construction support and design reviews during field issues
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff
