Job summary

Wilson Engineers is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Minden, Nevada office. You will lead complex civil engineering projects, manage design through delivery, and ensure quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.

Required: Civil Engineering degree with PE license and at least five years in water/wastewater design, plus two years in project management. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree and PE license required.
• Minimum five years of water/wastewater design experience with at least two years in project management.
• Experience with treatment facilities, collection systems, pumps, and master planning.
• Ability to review shop drawings, RFIs, and engineers directives.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil engineering projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure solutions.
• Develop designs, technical reports, construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting documentation, and alternatives analyses for municipal projects.
• Manage projects from planning through final delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, standards, and client requirements throughout design and construction.
• Provide engineering support during construction, including design reviews and field issue resolution.
• Drive technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
