AE2S in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Senior Wastewater Project Manager to lead large, complex wastewater projects and build long-term client relationships. You will drive multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and pursue new opportunities to improve community wastewater infrastructure.

The role emphasizes leadership, client collaboration, and project execution from planning through construction, with opportunities to mentor engineers and technicians and participate in industry

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Reg. as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of experience in civil or environmental engineering.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required for project/client responsibilities and business development.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a project engineer for municipal clients.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage wastewater projects of varying size and complexity from planning through design and construction.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and develop long-term, trusted client relationships.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contractual obligations, quality standards, and overall project performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new project and business development opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, subconsultants, and contractors.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, technicians, and other project team members.
• Lead client meetings, project presentations, proposals, and contract discussions.
• Maintain project and client information within CRM systems.
