AE2S is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager in Lone Tree, CO to lead high-impact projects and strengthen client relationships across the region. The role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery excellence, and business development in wastewater.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor engineers while supporting opportunities for growth and national impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of consulting experience in wastewater.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel for project/client responsibilities and business development.
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and project team members.
• Prior project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentor for junior engineers within the Wastewater Practice to empower the team.
• Perform a variety of team roles within project delivery (project management, QA/QC, and performing) as they relate to wastewater.
• Responsible for scope, schedule, budget development, monitoring and adherence for projects managed to provide extreme client services to build lasting relationships.
• Grow market and technical presence within the region through working with the AE2S team to prioritize client pursuits, build client relationships, provide client management, identify opportunities, and support competitive proposal pursuits.
