Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to lead large and mid-sized wastewater infrastructure projects in Central Texas. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a PE license and PMP certification is preferred; deep technical leadership and a track record of delivering complex water and wastewater projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related wastewater design experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Professional Engineer license required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor wastewater projects of high complexity.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through full project lifecycles.
• Maintain client relations and participate in business development.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and QA/QC requirements.
• Mentor junior project managers and staff as needed.
