HDR Engineering in Central Texas is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead large multi-discipline projects from development to close-out, with a focus on client relations and technical excellence.

The role requires a PE license or eligibility, 12+ years design experience, and strong leadership. You will mentor staff, coordinate resources, and work within the WW Treatment and Effluent Mgmt business line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years design experience on large, complex water/wastewater projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; PE license preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-management skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Lead large, complex water/wastewater projects and manage staff and budgets.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, design and production meetings.
• Perform QA/QC and mentor junior Project Managers.
