Job summary

HDR, Inc. invites an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Central Texas team in Round Rock. You will direct multi-discipline projects, manage technical complexity, and serve as client manager while helping grow our practice.

Required: Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in design, PE license or reciprocity, strong PM and leadership capabilities. Excel at mentoring and cross-functional collaboration to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience; 5+ years project management experience.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to gain through reciprocity.
• Strong client and project management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams across project lifecycle.
• Lead large multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity and significant staffing.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor less-experienced Project Managers.
