Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of six wastewater treatment plants.
• Provide technical support and resources for WWTP operations.
• Ensure WWTP operations comply with TPDES permit requirements and prepare regulatory reports.
• Manage workforce planning, budgeting, safety programs, staff training, and operational logistics.
• Evaluate and develop performance of WWTP Superintendents.
