Qualifications

• Mississippi Class IV Wastewater Operator License is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wastewater treatment experience.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes to ensure regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine testing, inspections, and process adjustments; document performance data.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and process issues; lead preventative maintenance activities.
• Communicate with customers/clients and team members; ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
