Job summary

Allegiance Staffing in Goldsboro, NC seeks a Senior Project Manager – Wastewater to lead complex infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will shape scope, schedule, budgets, contracts, procurement and safety, while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage RFIs and change orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain client relationships. A strong civil/environmental background and 8–12+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Construction Management or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive construction/project management experience.
• Experience managing wastewater or water infrastructure projects.
• Proven responsibility for budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial performance.
• Knowledge of EPA, state environmental agency, OSHA, permitting, NPDES and wastewater construction requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of wastewater projects with objectives, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Administer contracts, change orders, scope management, and commercial risk.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, procurement plans, and construction sequencing.
• Coordinate engineering, design, procurement, and construction activities to meet requirements.
