Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead water and wastewater efforts in the region. You will drive the practice, win work with municipal clients, and mentor staff while collaborating with existing teams.

The role requires extensive water/wastewater design experience and a PE license, with a flexible hybrid schedule and opportunities to expand the team and backlog in North Carolina and nearby states.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of water/wastewater plant design experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering projects or teams.
• Strong client relationships with municipal clients.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience as seller/doer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's water/wastewater practice efforts across the region.
• Act as a seller/doer, building relationships with municipal clients and moving projects forward.
• Manage projects spanning treatment facility planning and design, water distribution lines, and booster pump station design.
• Oversee sanitary sewer system planning and design, asset management planning, and regional water planning.
• Handle water system mapping, management plans, and a variety of permitting.
• Work with existing staff and build out your own team.
• Lead by example and represent the practice professionally with clients and the community.
