You will mentor staff, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with municipalities, developers, and authorities. PE license in PA preferred; 8+ years of experience required; Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Eng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering required.
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience, preferably in wastewater/wet utility projects.
• PA PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff on multiple water/wastewater projects, overseeing design, bidding, contracts, and construction support.
• Interact with clients in the Mid-Atlantic to develop design criteria and permit strategies.
• Design and develop project plans and technical reports, coordinating with regulatory agencies for permitting.
• Manage project scope, tasks, schedules, and budgets.
• Communicate with team and clients on development, design, and construction.
• Perform field data collection and occasional site visits; provide construction administration as needed.
• Mentor other staff to improve team performance.
