Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Solid Waste Consultant to lead solid waste related projects from our Boca Raton office. The role involves managing delivery within the municipal sector while actively participating in national communities of practice.

Candidates should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in the solid waste industry and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. The position offers a hybrid work environment with excellent benefits including medical, dental, and a salary range of $160,000-$198,000/year.

Qualifications

• 18 years’ experience in the solid waste industry – planning, design, construction, and operations.
• 25 or more years’ experience in waste‑to‑energy facilities preferred.
• Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Project Manager on waste-to-energy and solid waste management projects.
• Manage internal project budgets and schedules for client deliverables.
• Assist client teams in preparing winning proposals.
