Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Principal Solid Waste Consultant to lead, manage, and sell delivery of solid waste projects within the municipal sector in South Florida, reporting from Boca Raton. This senior role requires directing cross-functional teams, developing technical approaches, and mentoring staff for high-profile capital projects.

Qualifications

• 18 years’ experience in the solid waste industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager or Lead Technical Expert on waste-to-energy and solid waste projects.
• Provide technical guidance to multi-disciplinary teams on solid waste opportunities.
• Lead development and delivery of public meetings and regulatory hearings.
• Manage internal budgets and schedules for client deliverables.
• Support client/business development and proposal development.
