You will lead drivers and staff, optimize routes, monitor fleet performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales and customer service to support growth and service quality. Strong leadership and hands-on problem solving are essential in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
• 3–7 years of operations management experience in waste/transport/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and environmental compliance.
• Experience managing large teams and vehicle fleets; proficient with routing/dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily waste collection, transportation, disposal, and recycling operations.
• Supervise drivers, dispatchers, and other staff; monitor KPIs and safety.
• Develop and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
