Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five or more years of transportation, logistics, waste management, or fleet operations experience.
• Three or more years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily collection activities for commercial food waste routes.
• Develop and adjust collection routes for efficiency.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard drivers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and local regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
