THE BISON GROUP LLC is seeking a Senior Wargame Designer to lead the design, development, and execution of advanced red-on-green wargames for U.S. Army training, experimentation, capability development, and operational analysis.

You will translate doctrine into engaging game mechanics, collaborate with Army stakeholders and software teams, and ensure analytical rigor in multi-domain operations across land, air, space, cyber, and information domains.

Qualifications

12+ years relevant experience, 8+ years with Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in professional military wargaming, defense analysis, operations research or related fields.
Familiarity with military modeling/simulation tools and game design processes.
Ability to document game rules, mechanics, scenarios, and analytical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and execution of red-on-green wargames for Army sponsors.
Create game systems across land, air, maritime, space, cyber, and information domains.
Develop decision models and courses of action guided by threat doctrine and force structure.
Apply game theory and decision science to represent complex military interactions.
Collaborate with Army stakeholders, SMEs, data scientists, and software teams to integrate simulations.
