Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Data Analyst in Fort Benning, GA to support the Maneuver Battle Lab Modeling and Simulation Branch in wargames and tabletop experiments. Strong knowledge of maneuver doctrine and US Army C2 processes is preferred, with responsibilities including designing and running wargames and TTXs.

The role requires applying data collection plans, analyzing results, and reporting findings to inform experiments and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• US Army Tactical Operations knowledge.
• Experience in Multi-Domain Operations.
• Experience in analyzing and reducing data to support reports or experiments.
• Experience developing analytical objectives and qualitative questions for experiments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Lead in the design of wargames and tabletop exercises (TTXs).
• Plan, prepare, execute, and report on Wargames or TTXs with the Senior Facilitator and Project Lead.
• Serve as the primary operator of the computer driven wargamming tool used to provide context to the Wargame or TTX.
• Support simulation-based experiments and conferences hosted by the MBL as White Cell Lead or Lead for the Adjudication Cell as required.
• Develop data collection management plan and reduce data from experiments.
