Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of warehousing and transportation operations experience.
• Knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations and DOT/IATA/OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations at tactical and operational levels.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and manage KPIs for safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Lead budget planning for warehousing and transportation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across FDA, USDA, DOT, IATA, OSHA.
• Develop and coach supervisory staff.
