Job summary

The role requires a technical degree and 7–10 years of warehouse/distribution management experience, with SAP/WMS proficiency and strong leadership abilities. You will oversee a 3-shift operation, drive continuous improvement, and develop performance metrics to optimize costs and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry) or in a Supply Chain discipline required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of Warehouse Management and/or Distribution Management experience in the manufacturing industry required.
• Experience with warehouse and distribution safety standards and best practices is required.
• Demonstrated experience as a Plant Leadership Team member is required.
• Experience coaching and motivating employees in a team-based environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads uninterrupted delivery of goods to and from product lines and/or customers.
• Ensures completion of outbound schedules and compliance to specifications and documented protocols.
• Supports plant and department strategies for >80% process reliability.
• Executes strategy for cost optimization and continuous improvement for Warehouse operations.
• Owns Warehouse operating procedures and inventory management.
