UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, lead safety, productivity, attendance, and training, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team across the station.

You will set high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization and communication, and implement personal development and coaching to support growth. This is a permanent full-time role with flexible shifts and required physical work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources for maximum output and accuracy.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implement employee development plans for ongoing growth.
• Provide orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and coaching for staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies at all times.
