We are seeking a Systems & Controls Engineer who will bridge day‑to‑day operational reliability with forward‑looking automation initiatives, ensuring systems are designed, implemented, and maintained to support safe, scalable, and cost‑effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for facility and MHE systems across fulfillment centers.
• Support evaluation and deployment of automation solutions across the network.
• Provide technical support for facility projects and system implementations.
• Ensure high‑quality technical delivery from external partners.
• Drive improvements in system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting MHE, conveyance, facilities systems, or automation in warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of conveyance systems and material handling equipment; sensors, photo‑eyes, relays, and basic controls concepts; and mechanical and electrical system interactions.
• Experience troubleshooting system‑level issues in operational environments.
• Experience working with vendors, contractors, or system integrators.
• Experience supporting automation systems (sortation, robotics, vision systems, etc.) and familiarity with controls architecture or PLC‑adjacent systems is preferred.
